1Introduction

Welcome to ptgames, the Philippines' premier online gaming platform available at ptgames.org. ptgames is operated by PT Games Philippines and is committed to providing Filipino players with a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming experience across slots, live casino, bingo, poker, card games, and sports betting — all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ptgames platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein. These Terms apply to all registered players, visitors, and any person who interacts with the ptgames website or mobile experience.

ptgames operates under the regulatory and licensing framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for overseeing online gaming operations within the Philippines. Compliance with PAGCOR regulations is a core commitment of ptgames and forms the basis of many of the rules set out in this Agreement.

By registering an account, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you accept its terms without reservation. You also confirm that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of ptgames is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ptgames, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on ptgames.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by ptgames or by PAGCOR, at the time of registration or at any point during your continued use of the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of ptgames or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software vendors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ptgames. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or using a proxy or VPN to disguise your true location — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. ptgames may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify any of this information at any time.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations, ptgames conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or PhilHealth card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or accounts are fully activated.

3.3 Account Integrity

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ptgames account. Sharing your account with any other person, allowing another person to use your account, or accessing another player's account is prohibited. ptgames is not liable for any losses resulting from account sharing arrangements entered into by the player.

4Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ptgames login credentials, including your username and password. ptgames strongly recommends using a unique password for your ptgames account that is not shared with any other online service.

• Do not write down or share your password with anyone, including ptgames staff — ptgames employees will never ask for your password.
• Always log out of your ptgames account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform when available.
• Notify ptgames support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ptgames will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. However, if we determine that a security breach was caused by a fault on ptgames's part, we will take appropriate remedial action.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ptgames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ptgames does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, compliance with applicable wagering requirements where bonus funds are involved, and review by the ptgames finance team. ptgames reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with Republic Act No. 9160, as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines), and PAGCOR's applicable guidelines, ptgames is obligated to monitor, report, and take action on transactions suspected of constituting money laundering or other financial crimes. Deposits may not be made for the purpose of money laundering, and ptgames reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

5.4 Currency & Conversion

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on ptgames are denominated in Philippine Peso. No foreign currency conversion is applied. Any foreign currency received through a payment gateway will be converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, and ptgames is not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

6Bonuses & Promotions

ptgames offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Bonus eligibility criteria may include account verification status, deposit history, and geographic restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• ptgames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modifications do not adversely affect players who have already opted in to a promotion and are actively meeting its wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• ptgames reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors, is identified.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only real-money funds deposited directly by the player are withdrawable prior to meeting wagering requirements, subject to the rules of this Section.

7Gameplay & Fair Play

ptgames is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on the ptgames platform are provided by licensed and independently audited game providers. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in ptgames games are regularly tested by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure compliance with fairness standards.

7.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games on ptgames is determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes (e.g., roulette wheel results, card draws) administered by trained live dealers. ptgames does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, and all results are final once confirmed by the system.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game, ptgames reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player. ptgames is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Game records stored on the ptgames server shall be the definitive record of all transactions in the event of any dispute.

7.3 Responsible Betting

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ptgames platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the ptgames platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and will be confiscated.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any transaction related to illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or while using the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their express authorization.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions or bans.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward ptgames staff or other players via any communication channel provided by ptgames.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the ptgames platform's underlying software or security systems.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ptgames platform — including but not limited to the ptgames brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, software code, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of ptgames or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ptgames platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ptgames platform without prior written consent from ptgames.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ptgames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

ptgames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ptgames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ptgames's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11Privacy & Data

ptgames collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the ptgames Privacy Policy.

ptgames collects personal information necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. 12Responsible Gaming

ptgames is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care toward our players seriously. ptgames provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the ptgames platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13Termination

ptgames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ptgames is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.
• ptgames reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct in connection with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and ptgames has been unable to reach you using your registered contact details.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during the registration or KYC process.

Upon termination for cause, ptgames may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the player's breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

You may close your ptgames account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to your registered payment method.

14Amendments

ptgames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms will always be available on the ptgames website at ptgames.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the ptgames platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ptgames operates under the oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), and all gaming activities conducted through the platform are subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter. Both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
